LIKE THE CLASSIC IT’S NAMED AFTER, BARRY-ROUBAIX WILL TEST RIDERS AGAINST (80%) ROLLING GRAVEL ROADS, PAVEMENT, ONE MILE OF ROUGH TWO TRACK, ROCKS, SAND, MUD, AND POSSIBLY SNOW AND ICE AS YOU TRAVERSE THE SCENIC ROADS OF BARRY COUNTY.

They offer four race lengths to challenge riders of all abilities.
The 18-mile  Lauf “Chiller” has approx. 1200 feet of ascent.
The 36-mile Smith Optics “Thriller” climbs approx. 2200 feet of ascent.
The 62-mile SRAM “Killer” you can expect approx. 3800 feet of ascent.
The 100-mile  Panaracer “Psycho Killer” you will enjoy over 6800 feet of ascent! *350 race cap*

They also have 45NRTH Fat Bike specific categories in the 18 & 36 mile races.

The Barry-Roubaix is participating in the Michigan Gravel Race Series.

WHAT IS THE BARRY-ROUBAIX?

• The largest gravel road bicycle race in the world!

• Kick off the race season with over 3,800 of your fellow cyclists

• Challenging race traversing the rolling and scenic gravel roads throughout Barry County, Michigan

• Over $40,000 in awards cash and prizes

• Gravel, Cyclocross, Mountain, Road, Single-Speed, Fixed gear, Fatbikes & Tandem bicycles are welcome in any category

• The courses will be marked with the exception of the 100 mile (GPS files, cue sheets and maps are provided).  Directional arrows will be coordinated with your race length.
  RED = 62 mile, YELLOW = 36 mile and BLUE = 18 mile race

• Race starts in waves to give riders ample room to enjoy the ride and scenery.

• Neutral aid stations

• A huge after-party and awards ceremony

• Founders beer and food vendors inside the awards party
