Bear Lake Triathlon/Duathlon 2023

The 2023 Bear Lake Triathlon & Duathlon is a premier, long running athlete and family-friendly event. It tends to be seen as the season opener for triathlon in West Michigan. This event is embraced and fully supported by the City of North Muskegon and its departments (Police, Fire & Rescue and DPW), Muskegon County Sheriff Marine & Road Patrol Divisions, Muskegon County Road Commission, White Lake Twp. Fire & Rescue, North Muskegon Public Schools and North Muskegon Schools Athletic Boosters.

•    Sprint Triathlon:        750 meter swim / 20 K bike / 5 K run
•    Sprint Duathlon:        5 K run / 20 K bike / 5 K run
•    Olympic Triathlon:     1500 meter swim / 40 K bike / 10 K run
•    Relay teams are welcomed for any of these events: Male / Female / Co-Ed
